Page of Cups
The picture · Bright face · Shadow · Way through
Every card has four faces: what the picture shows, the bright face it turns when the situation supports it, the shadow when the same root is overdone or stuck, and the way through that the picture itself draws.
A youth trades looks with the fish in his cup
A tender, odd little message; feeling waking
Mood pulling focus from the real
The fish spoke first — answer the sign
As your card of the day
If Page of Cups is the first card you draw today, the day leans toward “A tender, odd little message; feeling waking”. When it tips toward “Mood pulling focus from the real”, remember the way the picture draws: The fish spoke first — answer the sign.
