Page of Swords
The picture · Bright face · Shadow · Way through
Every card has four faces: what the picture shows, the bright face it turns when the situation supports it, the shadow when the same root is overdone or stuck, and the way through that the picture itself draws.
On a windy rise, a youth grips a sword, scanning
Quick eyes, fresh information
Half-cooked words breeding misunderstanding
The wind carries word — listen once more before you speak
As your card of the day
If Page of Swords is the first card you draw today, the day leans toward “Quick eyes, fresh information”. When it tips toward “Half-cooked words breeding misunderstanding”, remember the way the picture draws: The wind carries word — listen once more before you speak.
