Queen of Cups
The picture · Bright face · Shadow · Way through
Every card has four faces: what the picture shows, the bright face it turns when the situation supports it, the shadow when the same root is overdone or stuck, and the way through that the picture itself draws.
On a shore throne, a queen studies an ornate cup
Empathy that reads deep; care in the details
Sinking into feelings until your own is lost
Her throne is on land — watch the water, keep your feet dry
As your card of the day
If Queen of Cups is the first card you draw today, the day leans toward “Empathy that reads deep; care in the details”. When it tips toward “Sinking into feelings until your own is lost”, remember the way the picture draws: Her throne is on land — watch the water, keep your feet dry.
